25m Swimming Pool

    

A non tiled Methra swimming pool which is 25m long, 0.9m deep at the shallow end and 1.8m deep at the deep end.  The swimming pool is very bright and airy and of modern design. The front of the pool hall is glass fronted to promote an outdoor feel which helps with the climate controlled environment. The pool is completely disabled friendly with a disabled hoist to assist disable users to enter the pool.

Spa Bath & Water Feature

Sauna & Steam Room

Fitness Suite

The newly refurbished fitness room is situated on the first floor which offers you an excellent view into the swimming pool.  The fitness suite is a state of the art climate controlled gym.

Aerobics Studio / Spray Tan Booth

The newly built aerobics studio is situated on the first floor which hosts all our aerobics classes such as step, aerobics, BLT, Circuit training and Yoga.  The aerobics studio can also be used for fitness training when not in use for classes as it contains fitness equipment ie punch bag, exercise balls etc

The tanning booth is designed to be an efficient, quick and a pleasant treatment. The result is a natural looking - golden tan. The tanning booth guides you through the tanning process by voice prompts. The whole process takes less than a minute.
