Our Olympic-standard swimming pool is 25 metres long and four lanes wide. Modern in design, the pool hall is glass-fronted and has a bright and airy feel. 

The fitness suite is a climate-controlled gym. 

The strength room is a free weights room with a cushioned floor – everything you need to build muscle, strength and tone.

All aerobics classes are suitable for beginners through to advanced levels of fitness. We continue to add new classes based on your feedback.

Our health suite includes a sauna, steam room and jacuzzi, making it the perfect place to unwind. The jacuzzi is fully accessible through a seated hoist. 

Our Tansun Symphony stand-up sunbed has 48 lamps for all-round fast tanning. 

Sunbed access is included with a Full Access membership. Bookings are available to over-18s only for a maximum of 12 minutes every 48 hours. 

We have clean, well-maintained and accessible changing rooms with secure lockers for your peace of mind. 

We have a range of food  and drink options available at the centre.Whether you’re looking for a hot morning roll and coffee, or just a quick cold drink from the vending machine, we’ve got you covered.
