• One token will be issued per person. Each individual must be present at the time to collect tokens

• Tokens will not be held for collection

• Once a customer has possession of a token, they may not leave the centre to return for the session, they must wait in reception. If they are to leave for any reason, tickets must be handed back to reception. Customers will receive a new ticket on their return if there are any remaining.

• Tokens will not be given out before 6pm for session 1, and 7.15pm for session 2

• If a token is lost, the customer will not receive a new number

Child Admissions Policy

Aged 8 and Over - No Adult Required

Aged 4-7 - 1 Adult per 2 Children

Aged 3 and Under - 1 Adult per Child

Visions Leisure Centre reserves the right to refuse entry when necessary.

Under certain circumstances, we may ask for proof of age.
